Shlokam Exchange Policy

At Shlokam, we offer a 4-day Exchange policy. You may request an exchange for size only within 4 days of receiving your order.

✅ Products must be unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

✅ You are welcome to try on the product, but please ensure it is handled with care to maintain its condition.

✅ For smooth resolution of any order-related concerns, we request customers to record a complete unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening, the shipping label, and the items received.
This helps us verify shortages, damages, or incorrect items and ensures faster support. In the absence of an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims for missing items.  

Exchange Fees:

For all size exchanges, customers are required to ship the product back to our registered address at their own cost:
